Senior Associate, Corporate Technology

About the role

BetaNXT is a provider of frictionless wealth management infrastructure, real-time data solutions, and enhanced advisor experience. The Senior Associate, Corporate Technology (Enterprise Tools Support Engineer) ensures the reliability and operational effectiveness of enterprise technology platforms and business-critical IT tools. Day-to-day work includes first- and second-level user support, troubleshooting, system administration, application configuration, user training, and data integration across the organization. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

What you’ll do

• Provide first and second-level support to enterprise users for software applications via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Document and track all support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to help users understand and effectively use enterprise software
• Assist in the testing of new software releases and updates to identify potential issues
• Configure and customize commercial applications to meet business needs
• Facilitate export or import of data across multiple application platforms

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT tools and business applications in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in software application support
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is desirable
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or other programming languages is a plus
