About the role
Availity India seeks a Product Owner II to lead the User & Organization platform, driving product vision and roadmap for identity and access management capabilities. Based in Bangalore, this remote role involves collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable SaaS solutions that simplify healthcare administration. The position requires deep expertise in IAM, RBAC, and Agile methodologies to support the US healthcare ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Define, own, and execute product vision and roadmap for User & Organization platform capabilities
- Lead development of identity, access management, and organizational management capabilities
- Create and maintain detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Design and evolve Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models for multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Own and prioritize product backlog to maximize business and customer impact
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver platform solutions
- Drive API usability, performance, security, and developer experience improvements
- Define, monitor, and improve product health metrics and KPIs for the U&O domain
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of Product Management or Ownership experience in software, SaaS, or platforms
- 3+ years hands-on experience owning Identity & Access Management (IAM) products
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platform capabilities in multi-tenant environments
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
- Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, or Ping Identity
- Agile certification (CSPO/PSPO/SAFe)
- Experience in U.S. Healthcare, Healthcare SaaS, or other regulated industries
