About the role

Providence India’s digital health team drives transformation of healthcare through innovative ServiceNow solutions. The Senior UI/UX Developer designs intuitive, responsive interfaces for ServiceNow applications and mobile platforms, creates wireframes, prototypes, and custom UI components, and mentors junior designers. Hyderabad office, on-site work model, collaboration with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver enterprise‑grade user experiences.

What you’ll do

• Design modern, responsive UI for ServiceNow apps
• Develop custom UI components using Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
• Conduct usability studies and incorporate feedback
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and developers
• Ensure accessibility, branding, and UX standards
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design systems
• Drive innovation in UI/UX best practices

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years UI/UX development
• Strong ServiceNow UI experience
• Design thinking and human‑centered design
• Enterprise mobile app design
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• AngularJS or React
• Figma or Adobe XD
• ServiceNow certification preferred
