About the role

Muthoot FinCorp – Customer Service team. The Senior Customer Service Executive ensures branch operational efficiency, maintains customer relationships, and drives product cross‑selling. Works from Barnala, Punjab, on‑site at the branch, handling daily transactions, promotional activities, and customer acquisition.

What you’ll do

• Ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence
• Promote and maintain positive relations with customers and potential customers
• Achieve productivity targets to contribute to branch profitability
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell products consistently
• Conduct promotional activities and drive referral programs for customer acquisition
• Handle day‑to‑day transactions and valuables
• Maintain data and records related to daily transactions
• Retain customers by improving their financial well‑being
