About the role
Finance Analyst responsible for coordinating financial planning within region, including close, forecasting, business planning, coaching analysts, interacting with site finance, regional non-finance, global finance. Tasks: weekly risk & opportunity, monthly actual/forecast, consolidated BU view, annual budget, variance analysis on revenue, material, manufacturing, customer/profitability, ensure BU allocations, support presentation prep, support commercial finance, streamline processes, ad-hoc projects, coach analysts.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate financial planning process within region
- Conduct financial close, forecasting, business planning
- Coach and supervise analysts
- Interact with site finance, regional non-finance, global finance
- Prepare weekly risk & opportunity, monthly actual/forecast, consolidated BU view
- Coordinate, compile and analyze Annual Budget
- Collaborate with site finance teams for integrated financial data and reporting
- Provide variance analysis on Revenue, Material, Manufacturing and Customer/Program profitability
- Ensure BU allocations to sites are understood, correct, documented, communicated and actioned
- Support presentation preparation of close, MBR/QBR and budget work
- Support Commercial Finance with actual/forecast and budget data analysis
- Streamline processes and participate in ad-hoc projects to revamp report format
- Coach and supervise Analyst’s work deliverables
What you’ll bring
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in finance planning
- 3+ years’ experience of financial analysis
- Strong planning and time management abilities
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Sound communication skills: written and verbal along with individual, team and group environments
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced)
- English (Proficient)
