Associate - Salesforce Revenue Operations

Bangalore, India Full-time

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Salesforce Associate to support the daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of its Salesforce environment within the Revenue Operations function. Based in Bangalore, India, this full-time role involves hands-on user management, data quality monitoring, reporting, training, and QC approval work, with a night shift schedule from 4PM IST to 1AM IST.

What you’ll do

  • Support daily administration of the Salesforce org, including user setup and deactivation, profiles, roles, permission sets, and public groups.
  • Monitor data quality — run duplicate reviews, data validation, and clean-up procedures, including mass data uploads and migrations.
  • Provide responsive end-user support and troubleshoot ad hoc platform issues.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of processes, configurations, and administrative procedures.
  • Serve on the QC Approval Team: review and close out opportunities and verify accuracy in OpenAir.
  • Monitor the Pipeline Inbox for incoming requests, ensuring items are getting tagged, and notify the manager of any concerns.
  • Add new Salesforce users and deactivate departing users; update the Riveron Account for employee departures.
  • Fulfil Salesforce reporting requests and build/maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.

What you’ll bring

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) — comfortable navigating, including reports/dashboards, user management, and standard configuration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating training materials and delivering user training.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (good to have, not a must).
  • Experience partnering with operations, sales, or revenue teams on cross-functional projects.
