Lead Information Security Engineer

About the role
Security Engineering team at Arctic Wolf builds and operates security capabilities that protect the internal environment and customers. The Lead Information Security Engineer designs, implements and automates security systems across IAM, endpoint, cloud and network, partnering with Architecture to translate strategy into integrated solutions. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement security technologies (IAM, endpoint, SASE, vulnerability management)
- Develop automation and integrations via scripting and APIs
- Extend vendor platforms such as Okta, Wiz, Prisma
- Translate architectural patterns into implementations across cloud, identity and network
- Own service lifecycle: build, operate, optimize, retire
- Improve tool interoperability and reduce manual processes
- Collaborate with IT, infrastructure and application teams to embed security
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years security, systems or infrastructure engineering experience
- Hands‑on Linux system administration
- Experience with IAM, EDR, cloud security tools
- Scripting/automation using APIs
- Understanding of networking and system architecture
