The Senior Software Engineer leads development projects, designs architecture, writes code, and mentors junior engineers while ensuring quality through testing and documentation. Bangalore, Karnataka, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Lead software development projects through phase gate process
• Create overall architecture for software systems
• Write and maintain code meeting project requirements
• Develop documentation translating needs into design specifications
• Correct defects identified in QA and system testing
• Assist in requirements gathering and product definition
• Support field test personnel post-development
• Coach other engineers and guide testing staff

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience designing software architecture
• Proficient in writing production-quality code
• Strong documentation and specification skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
• Experience with QA and testing processes
• Collaborate with product and field test teams
