About the role

Payments Business - SMB at Paytm Payments Services. Leads the intersection of Product, Data Science, and Operations to define and prioritize the EDC device roadmap, run pilots, and measure business outcomes. Owns activation, usage, retention, and revenue metrics while aligning cross‑functional teams. Noida, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Define and prioritize EDC product roadmap with Product team
Translate merchant pain points into PRDs and run pilots
Partner with Data Science to build activation and retention funnels
Create dashboards to turn merchant behavior into action items
Align Product, Data Science, Operations, and Sales on shared cadence
Own device activation, usage depth, merchant retention, and revenue metrics
Coordinate with Ops on device supply and field deployment

What you’ll bring

10-12 years product or business strategy in fintech/payments/hardware
Engineering degree (IIT/NIT)
MBA (IIM/equivalent) preferred
Strong analytical skills with SQL and data tools
Cross‑functional leadership without formal authority
