Senior Manager Process Engineering, INFC Central Operations

About the role

Process Engineering (PE) team within the INFC Network drives operational excellence across Amazon's fulfillment centers. The Senior Manager leads a high‑performing team to design, standardize, and scale SOPs, embed Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices, and partner with Operations, Technology, and Finance to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Role involves daily oversight of process mapping, performance dashboards, stakeholder collaboration, and automation pilots, based in Bengaluru with an on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and deployment of scalable SOPs and process frameworks
• Drive end‑to‑end process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
• Own key performance metrics and develop dashboards for productivity, quality, cost, and safety
• Coach and develop a team of Process Engineers, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Operations, ACES, Tech, Finance, and senior leadership to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions
• Identify automation and digitization opportunities and champion adoption of new tools
• Oversee creation of training materials and capability‑building programs

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
