About the role

Madison Logic seeks a Sr. Backend Engineer to provide technical leadership and build scalable data-driven marketing solutions in Pune, India. The role involves leading cross-functional projects, developing third-party integrations, and ensuring high-quality software delivery within a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

Lead projects in a cross-functional team and provide technical leadership to Product Managers
Build third-party integrations for data connections using appropriate technologies
Ensure software features are delivered on time with usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
Adopt automated and manual test strategies to ensure product quality
Generate reusable code libraries and frameworks
Help the team grow by sharing expertise and perspectives

What you’ll bring

Masters degree plus 4+ years as Backend/Node.js engineer or 6+ years as Backend engineer
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Proficiency in at least one additional coding language (Golang, Java, Python, C++, Rust)
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Fluent English verbal and written communication
