- Plan and execute releases, upgrades, patches, and configurations
- Configure Fusion Compensation modules, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives
- Collaborate with functional owners, release management, and OCM to align resources
- Manage integration design, build, test, and deployment phases
- Generate status reports, risk logs, and application updates
- Mentor team members and promote continuous learning
What you’ll bring

- Experience leading service delivery and managing vendor relationships
