About the role
FBS Agile Dev Team works on SmartComm template solutions for insurance policy documents and communications. The team builds, updates, and maintains templates, collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensures compliance and quality in an Agile environment. Pune or Hyderabad, hybrid work model with on‑site days as needed.
What you’ll do
- Create and maintain SmartComm templates for policies and endorsements
- Gather and clarify requirements with business stakeholders
- Analyze existing templates to identify improvements
- Support testing, validation, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, QA, and technical teams in Scrum ceremonies
- Document template logic, formatting rules, and version history
- Ensure branding, regulatory, and security compliance
