Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Harness, the AI Software Delivery Platform company, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Bengaluru to architect and implement DevSecOps solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves collaborating with internal engineering and external client teams to optimize CI/CD processes and drive customer success through technical implementation. This position offers a flexible work schedule within the Bengaluru location.

What you’ll do

• Architect and implement optimized Harness setups for integration, scale, and repeatability
• Engage with customer technical teams to analyze current DevSecOps/CI/CD tools and processes
• Interface with Customer Executive and Leadership teams to align technical goals with business objectives
• Develop best practices and automations to streamline Harness platform deployments
• Consult on DevSecOps/CI/CD best practices, processes, and solutions
• Contribute to product design and build an advanced technical knowledge base
• Work closely with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document and implement processes for onboarding success and internal enablement

What you’ll bring

• BA/BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering-related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with DevOps solutions such as Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Gitlab, Bamboo, TeamCity, TravisCI, or Bitbucket
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tooling and frameworks
