About the role
Electrical & Electronics Engineering team at Vertiv designs and delivers control panel and power system solutions. The Engineer I creates PCB schematics, system drawings, and change orders while guiding junior engineers and collaborating with mechanical and global engineering teams. Based in Pune, India, on-site work with occasional coordination with US/EMEA teams.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics and PCB designs
- Prepare change orders and item creation for projects
- Guide junior engineers and ensure schedule adherence
- Coordinate electrical inputs with mechanical team
- Liaise with US/EMEA offering management and customer teams
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Nice to have
- 2-5 years control panel system design
- PCB schematic and layout design
- AutoCAD/Creo/Visio/Mentor Graphics proficiency
- Experience with wiring harness and CAD drafting standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
