About the role
Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets team in Mumbai seeks a Senior Analyst to support deal execution and client coverage across Equity, Debt, and M&A divisions. The role involves preparing pitchbooks, conducting financial analysis and valuation, and synthesizing market data to drive strategic dialogue. This full-time position is based on-site in Mumbai, India.
What you’ll do
- Prepare marketing materials including pitchbooks and presentations
- Perform financial analysis and capital structure interpretation
- Conduct company valuation and develop financial models
- Gather and synthesize financial and operating information
- Develop industry and macro market landscape analyses
- Maintain databases for senior management and deal teams
- Generate presentations for senior audiences
- Support overall deal flow with administrative tasks
What you’ll bring
- MBA / CA / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of work experience in related field
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
Nice to have
- Programming and coding experience
- Knowledge of AI tools
