Store Keeper

About the role

The Store Keeper at Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru, India, manages the receipt, storage, identification, issuance, and movement of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Day-to-day duties include coordinating with SEZ gate teams, tagging and stocking materials, reconciling physical stock with system records, maintaining log books, and supervising loading and unloading activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments such as Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you’ll do

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, specifications, and supporting documents
• Inspect materials for visible damage or discrepancies and report issues to the concerned department
• Coordinate with the SEZ security/gate team for material entry and exit formalities
• Arrange and store materials systematically in designated locations and maintain good housekeeping
• Properly tag and identify materials with relevant item codes, descriptions, quantities, and other required details
• Issue materials against authorized material requisitions or approved documents and maintain accurate records
• Reconcile physical stock with system/register records on a regular basis and report discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stores log books and material movement records

What you’ll bring
