About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Security Research Associate in Bengaluru, India, to support institutional trade initiatives and collateral management processes. The role involves lifecycle support, process improvement, and resolving complex operational issues while collaborating with stakeholders. This full-time position requires flexibility for US shifts and operates on-site.

What you’ll do

• Participate in lifecycle support tasks for institutional trade initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Assist leadership in resolving complex issues
• Provide subject matter expertise on projects and initiatives
• Review and analyze functional operational tasks requiring independent judgment
• Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
• Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy

What you’ll bring

• MBA or advanced degree (or equivalent experience)
• 6–9 years in Collateral Management processes
• Hands-on experience with collateral management platforms
• Understanding of the settlement life cycle
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle complex regulatory and operational issues
• Proven track record in process improvement and risk mitigation
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
