About the role

Emerging Markets Institutional Sales team at Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Division. The role supports the global FXEM sales team by handling trade bookings, client queries, onboarding new accounts, and generating market reports using Bloomberg and internal systems. Mumbai, India, on-site, with collaboration across New York and other global offices.

What you’ll do

Book, allocate, and unwind trades accurately
Liaise with client middle and back offices on post‑execution events
Assist with onboarding new FX accounts and ensure correct system setup
Create ad‑hoc market and trading flow reports
Develop long‑term solutions to recurring administrative challenges

What you’ll bring

Proven experience analyzing data
Advanced Excel including macros
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with databases and data manipulation
Exposure to fixed income markets and systems
