About the role
Capgemini's SAP Services team drives end‑to‑end SAP EWM solutions for global clients. The Lead oversees blueprint, realization, testing, go‑live and hypercare, gathers and analyzes warehouse requirements, configures EWM master data and processes, and coordinates UAT, cutover and production support with technical teams. Based in Mumbai, Bangalore or Pune with an on‑site work model, the role offers comprehensive wellness benefits, career guidance and relocation support for experienced SAP EWM professionals.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM implementations
- Gather and analyze business requirements for warehouse logistics
- Configure EWM master data, warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes
- Manage UAT, cutover planning, go‑live support and production issues
- Prepare functional specifications and liaise with technical/ABAP teams
What you’ll bring
- 5-12 years SAP EWM implementation experience
- End‑to‑end implementation delivery (Blueprint to Hypercare)
- Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound, picking, packing, staging, HU management
- Hands‑on RF, labor, slotting, wave management
- Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC (CIF, IDocs)
- Ability to create functional specs and coordinate with ABAP teams
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills
