About the role
Clinical Operations team at Amgen delivers global study management support for clinical trials. The Study Delivery Senior Associate leads study planning, coordination, and execution activities, maintains trackers and dashboards, and ensures compliance and risk mitigation across sites. Hyderabad office, on-site work model, with opportunities to work on global trials and collaborate with vendors and investigators.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain study-level trackers, dashboards, and timelines
- Coordinate investigator meetings, trial events, and site communications
- Manage start-up activities including system setup and document readiness
- Monitor enrollment, data flow, and quality indicators using dashboards
- Lead risk and quality management activities and escalation
- Oversee vendor and supplier set‑up and ensure deliverable quality
- Maintain clinical trial systems and ensure accurate data entry
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years clinical execution experience
- Associate’s degree with 6 years clinical execution experience
- High school diploma/GED with 8 years clinical execution experience
Nice to have
- 3 years life sciences experience
- 1 year biopharmaceutical clinical research experience
- Experience with global clinical trials
- Proficiency in MS Office, CTMS, eTMV, EDC
