About the role

Director Corporate HR and HR Processes India leads HR strategy and operations across Sales and Support functions. Drives talent acquisition, onboarding, and global HR process rollout in India. Manages HR COE, HRIS interfaces, and people analytics. Partners with senior leaders to deliver performance management, learning & development, and quality standards. Oversees Assistant Manager HR team, ensuring high-quality service and effective handovers. Coordinates cross-location initiatives, audit readiness, and headcount planning. Requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and data discipline. Holds a university degree in HR or related field and 3‑5 years of operational HR experience.

What you’ll do

• Partner HR across Sales & Support lifecycle, manage performance & relations
• Own India talent acquisition, onboarding, handover to plant HR
• Rollout global HR processes, governance, documentation, audit readiness
• Drive learning & development, performance cycles, cross-location rollouts
• Lead Assistant Manager HR, ensure quality service, manage handovers, Workday split
• Manage HR COE & HRIS interfaces, communicate rollout, resolve issues
• Provide HR reporting, people analytics, headcount planning, office change support

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Industrial Relations or similar
• 3-5 yrs operational HR with recruiting, project delivery, leadership aspiration
• Talent acquisition, onboarding, sourcing, interview discipline
• Process & project management, documentation, controls, stakeholder routines
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and structured reporting
• HRIS affinity, data discipline, global standards, audits
