About the role
Insurance Consulting Practice at Sigmoid drives AI-led transformation for global insurers, building modern data platforms and analytics solutions across claims, underwriting, and customer operations. The Leader shapes strategic initiatives, partners with senior client stakeholders, and guides a matrixed team to deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics, while traveling extensively to US client sites. Bengaluru, India, on-site, remote work limited, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute AI/ML-driven analytics strategies for insurance clients
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering data platform and analytics solutions
- Partner with sales and business development to grow strategic accounts
- Drive cultural transformation and adoption of modern analytics practices
- Represent Sigmoid at industry events and thought leadership forums
- Oversee solution roadmaps spanning claims, underwriting, and risk analytics
- Manage client relationships and ensure delivery excellence
- Mentor and develop consulting team members
What you’ll bring
- 10-15 years analytics or insurance consulting experience
- Proven track record with senior client stakeholders
- Strong domain knowledge in insurance products and operations
- Experience with Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML
- Executive communication and workshop facilitation
- Delivery oversight and pre-sales experience
- Experience in claims, risk, or customer analytics
- Ability to travel extensively to US client sites
