About the role

Digital Engineering team at Rockwell Automation builds scalable, secure web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. The AEM Full Stack Developer designs components, templates, workflows and integrates Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL and ReactJS while collaborating with product, design, QA and DevOps. Hybrid work from Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad or Chennai with three days onsite per week.

What you’ll do

Build scalable AEM components, templates, workflows and integrations
Develop full‑stack features across front‑end and back‑end using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks
Create multi‑site, multi‑language architectures with MSM and governance models
Convert UX/UI mockups into responsive, accessible interfaces
Integrate AEM with enterprise systems and third‑party applications via REST APIs
Perform performance tuning, debugging, secure coding and troubleshooting
Collaborate with product, design, QA, DevOps and content teams
Provide production support and root‑cause analysis for AEM issues

What you’ll bring

4+ years of AEM 6.5 development
Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS
Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, JFrog Artifactory
Familiarity with Apache Solr or Lucidworks
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
