About the role
Senior Transformation Consultant to lead Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) transformation programs for a leading Asian investment bank. Requires 12+ years in investment banking, deep expertise in SA-CCR, Basel III/IV, and exposure methodologies, and proven program leadership managing MD-level stakeholders. Responsibilities include end-to-end program delivery, governance, risk, budgeting, stakeholder reporting, cross-functional coordination, and business analysis. What you’ll do
- Lead large‑scale CCR transformation programs
- Manage end‑to‑end program delivery: governance, planning, risks, budgets, stakeholder reporting
- Engage & influence MD‑level & executive stakeholders
- Drive cross‑functional coordination across Risk, Front Office, Finance, Operations, Technology
- Lead business analysis: requirements, regulatory impact, target operating model, process mapping, gap assessment, UAT oversight, validation
- Ensure alignment across concurrent workstreams & competing priorities
What you’ll bring
