About the role
Advisory line of service at PwC, helping clients optimise operational efficiency through Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. The Senior Associate gathers requirements, creates technical design documents, configures D365 Finance & Operations, integrates Azure services and supports deployment via LCS and Azure DevOps. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with occasional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyse client requirements for ERP solutions
- Prepare detailed technical design documents and solution architecture
- Configure and customise D365 Finance & Operations modules
- Integrate Azure components and manage LCS deployments
- Provide training, support, and post‑implementation assistance
What you’ll bring
- 4-5 years D365 Technical experience
- Strong knowledge of Azure blobs, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with requirement gathering and technical design documentation
- Proficiency in SQL queries, stored procedures, and data entities
- Ability to conduct high‑intensity workshops with senior stakeholders
