Senior Lead - Oracle CPQ Java Developer

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Lead - Oracle CPQ Java Developer to design, configure, and customize Oracle CPQ solutions while leading technical implementation and CRM/ERP integrations. Day-to-day work includes architecting end-to-end CPQ solutions, leading development teams through the SDLC, building integrations using BML, Groovy, Java, and web services, optimizing configurations for performance, and mentoring agile teams. The role is based in Bangalore, KA, IN.

What you’ll do

• Architect and implement end-to-end Oracle CPQ solutions, including configuration, commerce, and document engine changes
• Lead development teams through the full software development life cycle (SDLC), providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices
• Build and maintain integrations with Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, or other systems using BML, Java, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP/REST)
• Analyze existing CPQ configurations for performance, stability, and scalability
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and manage client expectations
• Manage complex configuration rules and pricing workflows
• Ensure scalable, high-performance CPQ environments

What you’ll bring

• Bachelors degree with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ (formerly BigMachines)
• Overall 8+ years of experience in IT
• Proficiency in BML (Business Markup Language), Groovy scripting, Java, and SQL
• Strong understanding of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and order-to-cash workflows
• Experience with Salesforce integration (CRM)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and leading agile teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
