Assistant Manager MAC Specialist

About the role

JLL's Work Dynamics team in Chennai, TN is hiring an Assistant Manager - MAC Specialist to manage space data, move projects, and portfolio reporting for assigned locations. Day-to-day work includes maintaining CAFM/IWMS occupancy data, coordinating relocation and migration projects with facility managers, space planners, and vendors, preparing status and tracking reports, and serving as a single point of contact for move management. The role is on-site and involves frequent interaction with senior business-unit leaders.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and update CAFM / IWMS portfolio data including headcount, space, and area
• Generate multiple location reports such as space allocation by BU, location, building, and floor
• Communicate floor plan changes promptly to the Space Data Management team and ensure data accuracy
• Develop and implement move project plans in collaboration with space planners, facility managers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Initiate and manage meetings to review move schedules with move vendors and key stakeholders
• Perform data input into SPACE to maintain accurate occupancy information
• Prepare and update project status reports, tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
• Receive and process client move requests and serve as a single point of contact for move management activities
