About the role
This Associate, CM role supports Capital Markets operations including Share Dealing, Employee share plans operations, Registrations & transfer agency, and Share Settlements. The incumbent must understand regional laws and perform day-to-day work in accordance with established procedures. Based in India, the role requires working rotational shifts starting at 3:30 AM for APAC and 11:30 AM for EMEA.

- Perform Share Dealing operations
- Manage Employee share plans operations
- Handle Registrations & transfer agency activities
- Execute Share Settlements
- Understand and comply with laws of the region supported
- Perform day-to-day work in accordance with established procedures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or banking from a reputed college/university
- 0-2 years' experience in Financial/Capital Markets, preferably in Transfer Agency operations
- Basic knowledge of Capital Markets/Financial Market products
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management skills
