About the role

Airbus FTM-CT (Bangalore) leads Avionics and Airframe Systems and Airworthiness-Technical Library Cell, overseeing engineering deliverables for Flight Hour Services contracts and ensuring operational reliability per EASA and NAA standards. The role directs a 15+ member team, manages budgets, supplier integration, technical publications, reliability analysis, and digital tool initiatives, while interfacing with customers and internal engineering groups. Bangalore, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

Lead and organize a 15+ member team delivering Avionics and Airframe Systems services
Manage budgets, AOP, risks and opportunities for FHS contracts
Oversee supplier deliverables and integration with internal workflows
Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and technical publications
Drive reliability analysis and cost reduction initiatives
Define and implement digital tools for engineering and maintenance
Represent Airline Engineering to customers and support sales campaigns
Coordinate with Toulouse and on-site customer engineering teams

What you’ll bring

10 years Airline/OEM/MRO technical services leadership
Engineering degree, preferably Aerospace
Knowledge of continued airworthiness management
Familiarity with Airbus technical documentation
Experience with AMOS MIS
Leadership and communication skills
Customer interfacing experience
