About the role
Accenture Consulting team seeks a Business Process Architect to design end‑to‑end processes and define KPIs that drive client value. The role partners with Application Architects to blueprint processes, creates business cases, and guides implementation using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Telecom OSS solutions. Based in Bengaluru with additional locations in Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune, the position follows an on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead current state assessments and capture high‑level requirements
- Define opportunities and develop business solutions and structures
- Create business cases to realize envisioned value
- Ensure service fulfillment using Spring Boot, Microservices, and lightweight architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and technical strategies
- Provide guidance to development teams during implementation
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in business process architecture
- 7.5+ years experience in service fulfillment
- Experience with OSS, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Telecom OSS inventory and integration expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
