AI Product Manager

About the role

AI Division at Nexthire develops GenAI-powered products and internal automation platforms. The AI Product Manager defines product vision, translates business problems into AI solutions, and works with AI and Automation Engineers to design, build, and launch secure, scalable GenAI products. Ahmedabad, India, onsite, Full-time role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI products
• Translate business goals into AI product requirements and prioritize backlog
• Collaborate with AI and Automation Engineers on design, LLM selection, and integration
• Ensure security, privacy, and responsible AI governance
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery execution
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and present product updates
• Analyze product metrics and drive continuous improvement

• 4-8 years total experience
• 2+ years AI/ML engineering
• 2+ years product management in Agile
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, agents
• Prompt engineering and RAG systems
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Stakeholder management and client communication
• SQL and API integration
