About the role

Valuations (VAL) team at Portage Point Partners delivers comprehensive valuation solutions for illiquid investments. The Senior Associate, Tangible Assets supports corporate valuation engagements by analyzing machinery, equipment, real estate improvements and specialized industrial assets, building detailed financial models and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Gurgaon or Mumbai, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop comprehensive valuation solutions for tangible assets
• Perform valuation analysis of machinery, equipment, real estate improvements, infrastructure
• Analyze financial, operational and market data for reporting, tax, financing, insurance purposes
• Develop detailed financial models and assumptions per standards
• Support client interviews and data gathering
• Contribute to internal trainings and best practice sharing
• Collaborate with associates to managing directors on engagements
• Maintain high attention to detail and ownership mindset

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years at Big Four or top-tier investment bank
• Experience with tangible asset valuation models
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in lean, fast-moving teams

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• Willingness to relocate to Gurgaon or Mumbai
