About the role

The Controller role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and focuses on preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements under USGAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS. Day-to-day responsibilities include monthly inter-company balance reconciliations, analyzing accounting implications of unique transactions, reviewing and approving manual journal entries, and managing statutory audits alongside auditor and internal team interactions. The position requires a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-12 years of relevant experience and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

What you’ll do

• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under various GAAP
• Reconciliation of inter-company balance on a monthly basis
• Analysis of accounting implications of unique transactions under various GAAP
• Review and approval of manual journal entries passed by various teams
• Interaction with auditors and internal teams for completion of audit
• Managing statutory audits
• Interacting with auditors
• Financial reporting

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
