Software Engineer

About the role

Join the Pipeline Engineering team at Everpure™ in Bangalore as a Software Engineer to build, own, and operationally scale microservices and Temporal workflows driving continuous integration for FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Hyperscale. You will design durable production services and agentic AI tools that reduce time-to-signal, optimize compute utilization, and absorb operational toil across the global engineering workforce. This developer-first role is primarily in-office at the Bangalore office.

What you’ll do

• Architect deterministic CI workflows by designing and deploying production microservices and durable Temporal workflows for resilient, resumable, and fully debuggable pipeline execution
• Optimize compute and testbed utilization by extending in-house scheduling logic and placement algorithms across bare-metal hardware and VM fleets
• Build operational AI agents by engineering RAG pipelines and agentic workflows over failure logs, vector stores, and test metadata to automate root-cause analysis, flake classification, and developer
• Drive platform observability and ownership by establishing key metrics including time-to-signal and pass/flake rates while operating services end-to-end
• Collaborate across product teams to deliver developer experience improvements, self-service tools, and streamlined integration paths

What you’ll bring

• Strong expertise in typed systems languages (Go or Rust) for backend platform services
• Python proficiency for automation and AI logic integration
• Practical mastery of microservice architecture (concurrency, retries, idempotency)
• Solid Linux/Unix debugging skills across network, storage, and application layers
• Practical knowledge of building agentic workflows, prompt design, and integrating LLM APIs with vector databases and RAG systems
• Hands-on skill in containerizing microservices and managing workloads with Kubernetes
• Data querying proficiency (SQL or analytics engines) to prove operational impact
• Ability to design and deploy production microservices and durable Temporal workflows
