What you’ll do

• Execute automated and manual testing across agile teams
• Define test strategy for functional, non‑functional, safety, regulatory
• Review requirements for testability
• Plan and demo test activities
• Perform functional, performance, load, reliability tests
• Automate tests with frameworks and scripting
• Document test plans, protocols, reports
• Assess design changes for quality impact
• Validate AI model metrics and datasets
• Prioritize test scenarios based on customer insights
• Build end‑to‑end test architecture with CI/CD
• Define frameworks, patterns, tools for scalability
• Coach developers and testers on advanced techniques
• Conduct training, reviews, audits for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with Philips quality, regulatory, cybersecurity
• Maintain traceability from requirements to defects

What you’ll bring

• BE/BTech/MTech in CS/IT/EE or equivalent
• 6+ yrs software automation testing, 2+ yrs test architect
• Proficiency AI‑assisted dev tools
• Agile, entrepreneurial mindset
• API automation with Postman/RestAssure
• Microservice automation with Selenium, Playwright
• C#, Isqt or similar
• Python, Kubernetes/docker desirable
• Python, WASM, CI/CD experience
• BDD with Cucumber
• Non‑functional automation scripts
• OOP languages like C++ plus
• Git, Azure DevOps
