About the role

SoC Design at Analog Devices leads the creation of complex system‑on‑chip solutions that power AI, automation and edge computing. The Senior Director Design Manager drives end‑to‑end execution from architecture through tape‑out, silicon bring‑up and commercialization, aligning hardware, software and business teams. Based in Bangalore, India, on‑site role with occasional travel (10%).

What you’ll do

• Own complete SoC development from architecture through tape‑out and commercialization
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design and software integration
• Drive program schedules, staffing plans, risk management and milestone delivery
• Lead trade‑off decisions on performance, power, area, cost and schedule
• Partner with software, systems and product teams for hardware‑software co‑design
• Serve as primary interface for customers and senior leadership
• Support customer engagements and product vertical visits
• Align globally distributed engineering and business teams

What you’ll bring

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 20+ years semiconductor experience
• Leadership of complex SoC/ASIC/Processor programs
• Multiple successful silicon tape‑outs
• Expertise in SoC architecture, digital design, verification, DFT, physical design
• Experience leading large cross‑functional teams
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management skills
