About the role
Design & Analysis team within Credit Risk Change at Deutsche Bank works on strategic and regulatory change initiatives for global Credit Risk Management. The Project & Change Execution Manager will perform business and functional analysis of credit processes, data, and controls, and help design AI solutions to automate manual tasks. Based in Mumbai, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex business and functional analysis tasks
- Design and analyze core credit processes and controls
- Investigate data in credit systems and perform root cause analysis
- Define data requirements aligning with bank standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver AI-driven automation solutions
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in credit risk analysis
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Python (advantage)
- Strong Excel or Access skills
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
