Control Tower Operations Analyst

About the role

ZEISS India, headquartered in Bengaluru, seeks a Control Tower Operations Analyst to serve as the nerve centre of supply chain operations. The role delivers end-to-end supply chain visibility, order health management, and fulfilment performance across ZEISS India by monitoring, analysing, and resolving disruptions in real time. Based in Bangalore, this full-time position ensures every order reaches the customer perfectly, on time, every time.

What you’ll do

• Monitor end-to-end order lifecycle from booking to delivery across all channels
• Track product availability and replenishment triggers to prevent stockouts and service failures
• Identify at-risk orders proactively and drive corrective actions before SLA breach
• Own OTD performance across regions, customers, and product lines with daily tracking
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to resolve in-transit exceptions
• Lead structured RCA (5-Why, Fishbone) for delivery failures, order errors, and availability gaps
• Develop and track time-bound CAPA plans to eliminate repeat failures
• Own scorecards across Perfect Order Rate, OTD, Productivity, Customer Experience, Availability, and Inventory Ageing

What you’ll bring

• 3–6 years in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or Order Management
• Hands-on experience with RCA, CAPA, and SOP development
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel
• High attention to detail with structured problem-solving capability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across SCM, warehouse, and finance teams
