About the role

Business Process Architecture team at Accenture designs end‑to‑end business processes and defines key performance indicators. The role creates process blueprints, collaborates with the Application Architect, leads quality reviews, and educates stakeholders on designs. Bengaluru office, on‑site, hybrid schedule as required.

• Design business processes and define KPIs
• Develop process blueprints with Application Architect
• Conduct quality management reviews
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements
• Document process designs and specifications

What you’ll bring

• 12 years experience
• SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)
• Business process modeling
• Lean or Six Sigma methodology
• Data analysis for decision‑making
• Project management tools
