Blue Prism Architect

About the role

Cognizant seeks a Blue Prism Architect in Bangalore to lead RPA solution design and automation strategy. The role involves hands-on development, team leadership, and client-facing consulting for enterprise transformations. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level automation solutions
• Manage organization-wide automations and transformational projects
• Gather requirements and streamline processes for clients
• Provide end-to-end solution integration strategies
• Identify areas for Proof of Concept (POCs) using RPA tools
• Set up support models and track performance metrics
• Lead architectural decisions and tool infrastructure setup
• Mentor teams and cascade technical information to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 12+ years overall IT experience with 4-5 years as RPA Architect
• Blue Prism AD01 certification (mandatory)
• Proficiency in BP 7.x and Abbyy
• Experience creating PDD, SDD, and TDD documents
• Hands-on capability in both development and support projects
