About the role

What you’ll do
- Partner with HR Business Partners to execute people strategies
- Analyze HR data and produce workforce insights
- Maintain HR processes, policies, and tools
- Monitor HR metrics and support workforce planning
- Coordinate change management communications and activities
- Assist in performance management and talent reviews
- Run employee engagement programs and analyze results
- Prepare HR dashboards and presentations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- MBA/PGDM preferred
- 3-6 years HR Business Partnering or Generalist experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
