Quantitative Full Stack Developer

About the role

InCred Capital seeks a Quantitative Full Stack Developer to build and maintain high-performance trading systems. The role involves collaborating with research and portfolio teams to design, develop, and optimize algorithms, front‑end visualizations, and APIs. Candidates should have strong Python/C++ backend skills, front‑end experience with React or Angular, and knowledge of financial markets and data feeds. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Bangalore or Mumbai, and requires at least two years of relevant experience.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain high-performance software systems for quantitative trading
• Collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers to implement and optimize algorithms
• Design robust full-stack solutions with intuitive front-end tools
• Develop APIs for data access and integration with financial data providers
• Contribute to architecture and development of proprietary trading platforms
• Work on real-time data processing and analytics
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated with latest technologies and market trends

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years professional experience in software development for financial markets
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar
• Front-end experience with HTML, React, or Angular
• Back-end experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Understanding of financial data, trading concepts, instruments

Nice to have

• Experience with large datasets and real-time data feeds
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial data providers
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture
• Performance optimization for high-frequency trading
• Hedge fund or proprietary trading firm experience
