About the role
Numerix Support team drives operational excellence for SaaS clients by managing daily risk analytics operations and ensuring data integrity. The Business Operations Analyst defines SOPs, monitors market risk reports, handles incident management and coordinates application releases. Remote, India, remote work model.
What you’ll do
- Define, design, and implement standard operating procedures for business operations
- Monitor and verify daily market risk reports and data feeds
- Track batch process success/failure and perform health checks on OneView applications
- Provide operational support and triage technical issues, escalating as needed
- Act as Incident Manager per incident management policies
- Coordinate pre‑production releases, dress rehearsals, and client communications
- Generate internal and external service reports including root cause analysis
- Assist clients with API platform for financial risk analytics
What you’ll bring
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Python scripting experience
- Linux familiarity
- AWS cloud services knowledge
- Understanding of market and counterparty credit risk
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willingness to work early morning IST shift
