The Senior Product Design Manager leads a team of ~6 designers for HRIS products and serves as India Design Site Lead, guiding design strategy, AI‑native experiences and cross‑functional collaboration. Bangalore, on-site, hybrid model with site leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Lead and grow a team of product designers
- Design and deliver complex, scalable HRIS experiences
- Define AI‑native workflows and intelligent defaults
- Partner with product and engineering on strategy and roadmaps
- Establish design systems and patterns across the platform
- Foster India design office culture and operational leadership
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years product design experience
- 5+ years leading design teams
- Experience delivering complex HCM/HRIS products
- Strong systems thinking and AI‑native design experience
- Proven ability to mentor and grow designers
- Excellent stakeholder communication
