About the role

Yash Technologies' Platform Engineering team drives digital transformation by delivering robust Salesforce solutions. The Technical Architect leads design and development of technical architectures, defines standards, mentors junior architects, and collaborates with engineering managers on CI/CD pipelines and security. Hyderabad, India, hybrid (On-site); flexible work arrangements available.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and development of Salesforce technical solutions
• Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering managers on code organization and branching strategies
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams and system documentation
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to mitigate risks
• Identify and reduce technical debt
• Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption
• Mentor and groom junior technical architects
