About the role

Data Analytics Team at WSP drives scalable, data‑driven insights for the UK&I Transport & Infrastructure PMO. The Team Leader oversees end‑to‑end analytics delivery, standardises reporting, and champions Power Platform automation while mentoring a high‑performing analytics crew. Based in Bengaluru with hybrid work, the role collaborates closely with UK stakeholders and supports the GCC delivery model.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a team of Data Analytics professionals across the GCC
• Define and implement standardised, scalable reporting solutions for PMO projects
• Deliver Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and advanced analytics insights
• Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and delivery governance
• Engage with UK and on‑shore stakeholders to align analytics with business needs
• Establish QA/QC frameworks and continuous improvement processes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related field
• 8‑12 years experience in Data Analytics/BI/PMO reporting
• Proven team management and people development experience
• Hands‑on expertise with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
• Experience designing reporting solutions for project controls or infrastructure
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
