About the role

Accenture's Supply Chain team seeks a Quality Auditing Associate in Mumbai to manage aftermarket service operations and warranty solutions. The role involves defining warranty offerings, analyzing data to reduce costs, and supporting entitlement programs. This is a full-time position requiring BE Mechanical or Automobile engineering with automotive warranty knowledge.

What you’ll do

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations
• Define warranty offerings and run outsourced after-sales warranty support
• Evaluate customer feedback and planned versus actual warranty coverage costs
• Use warranty data analytics to reduce cost and improve product quality
• Increase recoveries from suppliers and design/deploy warranty solutions
