About the role

Alternative Fund Services – Product Development – Associate – Bangalore We are seeking a dynamic Associate to join JPMorgan Chase’s Alternative Fund Services team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and enhancing client reporting capabilities for private equity and alternative investment structures. You will design and deploy reporting solutions using Crystal Reporting, SSRS, and Tableau, while collaborating with the global product team and FIS technology partners. The position requires deep technical knowledge of FIS Investran & DX Crystal, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex fund accounting requirements into intuitive dashboards and reports. You will also evaluate existing reports, develop training programs, manage platform costs, and support sales and client service initiatives. The role demands excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder‑management skills, with frequent interaction across distributed teams and occasional travel to onshore offices. What you’ll do

• Develop client reporting solutions using Crystal Reporting and SSRS
• Create dashboards with Tableau
• Liaise with third‑party provider FIS
• Evaluate and normalize existing reports
• Assess technology training needs and design programs
• Manage IT direct and indirect costs for PERES platforms
• Support sales and client services for pitches
• Track and monitor deliverables, provide clarity to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to risk and control policies
• Communicate updates to senior management
• Interact with global teams and travel to onshore offices

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in B Tech/MCA/BCOM or equivalent
• Deep expertise in FIS Investran & DX Crystal, SSRS, Tableau, VBA
• Experience in private equity reporting
• Strong financial and analytical skills
