About the role

RFP Writing Team at Ares Management crafts high‑quality proposals and responses for client RFPs, RFIs and DDQs. The Associate coordinates the end‑to‑end process, collaborates with product, compliance, legal and data teams, and maintains content in Loopio while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Mumbai, India, on‑site role with occasional hybrid days.

What you’ll do

• Manages coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs
• Creates and edits proposal language ensuring high quality and error‑free responses
• Collaborates with product, relationship, compliance, legal, risk, ESG, operations, finance and technology teams
• Maintains and updates proposal content in Loopio database
• Reviews and proofreads quantitative and qualitative content for accuracy
• Acts as champion of the RFP process, driving efficiency and innovation

What you’ll bring

• 3-6 years financial industry RFP experience
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Loopio, Salesforce, Tableau or PowerBI a plus
